The Producer Module is a fundamental tool for the Beekeeper. It allows you to control the status of your beehives, to verify health status, visits, to generate the reports
required by the national and international organisations and much more.
- If you do not have a data collector, may collect information through spreadsheets and load them easily, quickly and securely through a screen.
- You can use the data collector model Psion Teklogix Workabout Pro ® / DATALOGIC Skorpio® / INTERMEC CN3 ® or any cell phone that has Windows CE® or Windows Mobile ® with
128 MB of RAM to collect field data, transferring informtion to the system in seconds.
Uploading your data to Internet you will be able to guarantee:
- A backup copy in case in which your computer breaks or its stolen.
- The traceability and quality of your honey to any buyer, winning this way, the money that you deserve.

Apiary and Beehives
- It allows you to create up to 199 apiaries with hundreds of beehives in each one
- It allows you to locate the apiary geographically to give origin traceability
- It allows you to load different Beehives models with different amounts of supers and frames by super.
- With the automatic apiaries generator you can generate your existing apiaries data in seconds.
- In case that you wish to move your apiary to another location, you can do it with one click.
Queens
- It allows you to load queens of different origins (African, European).
- It allows you to create new origins to identify the queen type in case you breed these.
- It allows you to have the control of breeding queens.

modify them .

- It allows you to keep control of applied medicines to each beehive and the vitamins complements.
- It allows you, with a single click, to see which beehives are in treatment/quarantine/infected

Visits
- It allows you to print a daily visit report with following information: Visited apiaries and beehives, time of the visit , harvested frames and/or supers , queen
status, food, deseases and more. Everything about your business in one page.
- It allows you to control visits made by a certain worker .
- It allows you to access to all your beehive history : Visits, harvested frames/queens/polen, health history (applied medicines and blocking dates).
- Automatic transfer of all harvest material to the extraction room incoming folder.
- Allows you to upload and manage pending tasks. If you have a data collector, the screen shows you the tasks per hive, apiary and / or operator to which it was assigned.
Statistics
- It automatically generates honey extraction reports per year/per day/per apiary.
- Generate daily report about how many frames,queens,etc where harvested by beehive. Just in seconds you´ll have in a simple and friendly format how productive your business
is.
Forms
- It automatically generates the honey drum's sworn declaration of origin, only needing you to sign it. Also generates any other documentation required by the National and
International legislation.

Traceability
