Extraction Room Module is the comprehensive solution to administrate fast and sure your extraction room. You´ll be able to receive data from producers using APITRACK® producer
module and those who dont use it. A simple, easy and sure form will give you the possibility to load in all received material and integrate it to your control system.
In case in which you´re procesing for third parties, you´ll be able to have an account for each one, in which will be registered : Received supers, extracted honey, drums received and
deliveried, plus an account in local currency.
With the digital scale you´ll be able to weight empty and loaded drums, improving you data accuracy.
With the Barcode label printer you´ll be able to generate labels to identify each drum, empty and loaded, identifing all them on a sure and confident way.

Frames and supers reception
- It allows you to receive honey frames, breed frames, queens and real cells.
- It allows you to receive material from APITRACK® Producer Module Users, as well as from those who do not have it.
- It allows you to select which products will be extracted and packaged
- It allows you to keep control of received Pallets ( Supers per each one, gross weight)
- Prints a reception receipt for the Communitarian Extraction Rooms.
Extraction and packaging
- It allows you to pack Honey, Wax, Pollen, Real Jelly, Queens, Bee Resin and Nucleus.
- All the traced material has traceability up to the beehive if used with Apitrack® Producer Module.
- It allows you to create any type of package for any of the products that will be packaged (200Lts honey drum, 100Lts honey drum, Packages).
Honey Packaging
- It keeps control of RENAPA -* RAMEX number corresponding to each honey drum
- It allows you to put an own code to each honey drum.
- It allows you to put a drup aside to finish filling it up later.
- It allows you to fill up drums with honey from diferent producers and to trace trace it up to the beehive.
- It allows you to register the honey filtration method.
- It labels the honey drums according to the requirements of the SENASA Argentina and SAG Chile.
- It allows you to fill / pack from a decantation tank.
- It allows you to print a bar code label for each loaded drum with a seal number in it.

Stadistics
- It generates honey extraction reports per year/by producer.
Traceability
- It allows you to send the traceability report of your package in seconds if you have direct connection to Internet.
- It allows you to create a floppy disk to send the data in case you dont have a direct connection to Internet.
- It links the content of the drum with the origin of the honey fulfilling the requirements of the European Economic Community.
