*Corresponds to the Honey Administration and Traceability System Apitrack®,  hereafter  "Apitrack®".

*It is necessary that you read this agreement totally to be able to review the conditions and terms of use of this gratuitous service, that is offered to you with the condition that that you accept without any limitations, changes, exclusions or reserves these User  Terms.

*The right of use of “Apitrack®” is personal of you or his company. *You accept not to modify, to copy, to trasmit, to distribute, to reproduce, to show, to public reproduce, to license, to make derived products, to transfer, or to sell any product, service or information received or available in “Apitrack®”, except which specifically this thus authorized one.

*Additionally You will not have to use products, services or information available or in conección with “Apitrack” to:

a)To defame, to abuse, to intimidate, to threaten or to violate any legal right (like the one of privacy and information) of others.

b)To establish and/or to handle illegal surveys, chain of letters or contacts, nonauthorized or not asked for, publicity promotional material, electronic mail not asked for or campaigns of marketing multi level.

c) To publish, to stick, to scatter or to direccionar any content that: Be unsuitable, you profane, you are defamatory, you infringe the law, you are indecente or you have inadequate contents.

d) The sale, distribution, entailment or redirectioning for the commercialization or sale of: Firearms, explosives, the ammunition, licors,tobacco products , foods that properly are not packaged and that fulfill all the applicable regulations, pharmaceutical products, piracy products services or substances or robbed, fraudulent falsification merchandises, or any other merchandise that the registered rights of or without registering infringe or violate of third or that causes that Apitrack® broke any law, regulation or regulation.

e) To gather in the Apitrack® pages or his related information on third, including directions of electronic mail, without express consent of them.

f) To restrict or to inhibit to any other user the use of Apitrack®, to interfere with or to interrupt the services of Apitrack® or the servants and/or networks of Apitrack®

g) To break any applicable government law or the habitual practices of good use and customs
